tree opened today.\u00a0 Typically, this is a joyful day.\u00a0 I\u2019ve been determined to keep joy in my life.\u00a0 I have pushed myself to engage in activities that I love.\u00a0 I go to dance class, which feeds me on many levels, surround myself with beauty while taking hikes, get my hands in the earth when possible, and I work, which is so meaningful to me.\u00a0 For the most part, it\u2019s been helpful.\u00a0 But today was different.\u00a0 The last week or so has been different.\u00a0 While being struck by the beauty, I\u2019ve also been hit with anger.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mayasgifts.elisegold.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IMG_1578.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-621\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" I\u2019ve ever felt at home.\u00a0 I haven\u2019t visited anger much over the last six months.\u00a0 When I would go to that place, this emotion would typically be directed towards the culture, social media, texts, social expectations and the drugs.\u00a0 This anger has fueled my passion to work towards change.\u00a0 But the anger that I felt last week during the beautiful full moon, and now with the cherry blossoms bursting in our yard is at Maya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Cherry tree out front, and an orchard a mile from
